Mskeyify is committed to transparency and compliance with USA, UK, and EU consumer protection laws. Below are the terms governing our delivery processes for both digital and physical goods.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products (software licenses, keys, and download links) are delivered electronically.
- Delivery Method: Email to the address provided at checkout.
- Fulfilment Time: Delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Most orders are delivered within minutes.
- Documentation: A detailed invoice is sent via email within 10 minutes of payment.
- Cost: Digital delivery is always Free of Charge.
2. Physical Product Shipping
We ship physical goods to the United Kingdom, United States, and Europe (EEA).

- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email immediately upon dispatch.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before final payment.

- USA: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery state.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, as well as US consumer protection standards:
Physical Goods
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel and return their order for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
- Standard Return Window: We extend a 30-day return window for all customers (including USA).
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in “as new” condition.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
Digital Goods
- Exclusions: Per EU/UK law, the right of withdrawal expires once the digital content performance has begun (e.g., the license key has been revealed or the download link accessed).
