Delivery Policy (Digital & Physical Products)
Thank you for choosing Mskeyify. We are committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery for all digital and physical purchases. This policy outlines how and when you will receive your items and your rights as a customer in the UK and EU.
1. Order Confirmation & Documentation
- Immediate Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- Invoice: A detailed invoice will be emailed within 10 minutes of confirmed payment.
2. Digital Product Delivery
- Delivery Method: All digital products are delivered via email.
- Contents: You will receive a secure download link and license keys (if applicable).
- Fulfilment Time: All digital items are delivered within 24 hours of payment.
3. Physical Product Delivery
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the UK and Europe.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
4. Returns & Cancellations (Physical Goods Only)
- Cooling-off Period: In accordance with UK & EU law, you have the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Exclusions: Digital products, custom items, and opened software packages are non-refundable once delivered.
