Attaches to the Karu 2 Gas Burner (sold separately) in under a minute for propane-fuelled cooking that uses 36% less fuel than the original Karu 12. What’s new vs Karu 12
The full borosilicate glass door with ClearView™ technology uses an airwash effect to keep the glass clear of soot so you can monitor your bake at all times — unlike the original Karu 12 which required cooking with the door fully removed. The SureGrab™ handle stays cool to the touch while the oven is running at full temperature. The fuel tray is 45% larger than the original Karu 12, reducing refuelling frequency and improving airflow for a more even flame. The cast aluminium nose and rear improve heat retention versus the original stainless steel body. An integrated analogue thermometer is built into the top of the oven for ambient temperature monitoring without opening the door.
