At Mskeyify, we value your satisfaction and trust. This policy outlines your rights and our practices for both digital and physical products, in line with UK and EU consumer protection regulations.


1. Digital Products

Digital goods (e.g., software license keys) are intangible and delivered electronically. Refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Unwanted Product: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you no longer need the product.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your license key due to a technical fault on our part, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
  • Major Defects: If the product has significant functional issues, contact support. We aim to resolve issues within 12 hours. If unresolved, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.

Exclusions: Refunds are not granted if the license has already been activated or misused.


2. Physical Products

We comply fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may return physical items under the following conditions:

  • Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for any reason.
  • Return Window: You must return items within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
  • We refund the product cost and standard shipping. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exclusions: Returns not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sealed software once unsealed/opened
