This Return Policy is integrated into our Terms of Service and outlines your rights and obligations for all purchases from Mskeyify. We strictly adhere to consumer protection laws across the USA, UK, and European Union (EEA).


1. Digital Product Policies

Digital content (e.g., software license keys) is delivered electronically and is considered intangible. In accordance with regional laws, specific conditions apply:

Right of Withdrawal & Waivers

Under USA, UK, and EU legal standards, you have a 60-day window to request a refund for an unrevealed or unactivated digital product.

  • Important: By requesting immediate delivery of your digital content and revealing the license key, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period (UK/EU) is waived, as the product is considered “consumed.”

Defective Digital Content

If a digital product is non-functional or does not match its description, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or Replacement: We will provide a new, functional key within 12 hours.
  • Full Refund: If a technical fix or replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Technical Evidence: To process these claims, we may request screenshots or error logs to verify the fault with our vendors.

2. Physical Product Policies

Physical returns are managed in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Cooling-Off Period: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return a physical item for any reason.
  • Return Window: After notification, you have an additional 60 days to ship the item back to us.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Sealed software that has been unsealed cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Return Logistics & Costs

  • Restocking Fees: Mskeyify does not charge any restocking or administrative fees.
  • Return Shipping (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Return Shipping (Faulty/Incorrect Items): Mskeyify will provide a prepaid return label via email at no cost to the customer.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Timeline: Once your return is received (physical) or the key status is verified (digital), refunds are processed within 7 business days.
