At Mskeyify, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as the software you buy. This policy is integrated into our Terms of Service and adheres strictly to consumer protection laws in the USA, UK, and European Union (EEA).


1. Digital Product Policies

Because digital products (such as software license keys) are intangible and delivered instantly, specific regional legal conditions apply:

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with legal standards, you have a 60-day window to request a refund for any digital product that has not been revealed or activated.
  • The “Cooling-Off” Waiver: By requesting immediate delivery and revealing your license key, you acknowledge that your statutory 60-day “cooling-off” period (UK/EU) is waived, as the product is considered “consumed” upon access.
  • Defective Digital Content: If a key is non-functional or does not match its description, you are entitled to:
    • Repair or Replacement: A functional replacement key provided within 12 hours.
    • Full Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Verification: We may request screenshots or error logs to verify the fault with our vendors.

2. Physical Product Policies

Physical returns are managed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Eligibility & Timeline

  • 60-Day Notification: You have 60 days from the delivery date to notify us of your intent to return a physical item.
  • 60-Day Return Window: Once you notify us, you have an additional 60 days to ship the item back.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Note: Sealed software that has been opened cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Shipping & Costs

  • Restocking Fees: Mskeyify charges $0 restocking or administrative fees.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: Mskeyify will provide a prepaid return label via email at no cost to you.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: All funds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Once the return is received (physical) or the key status is verified (digital), refunds are processed within 7 business days.
