This Return Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and explains your rights and responsibilities when purchasing digital or physical products from Mskeyify. We are committed to upholding your consumer rights under UK and EU law.
1. Returns for Digital Products
Due to the intangible nature of digital content (e.g., license keys, downloads), special conditions apply:
❗ Waiver of the 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under UK and EU regulations, your right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days is waived if:
- You request or consent to immediate delivery of the digital product, and
- You acknowledge that this waives your right to cancel the order.
By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you provide this consent.
🔧 Faulty Digital Content
If your digital item:
- Does not work as described,
- Is incompatible despite meeting listed system requirements, or
- Causes damage to your device or data,
You are entitled to:
- A repair or replacement, or
- A partial/full refund if repair/replacement is not possible.
- Compensation for proven damage caused by the content.
Please report any issues promptly, including error messages or technical evidence where possible.
2. Returns for Physical Products
Your rights for returning physical products are governed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may return physical items if:
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order (cooling-off period)
- Items are returned within 14 days of cancellation notice
- Products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
💸 Refunds
- We will issue a full refund, including the standard delivery fee, within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sealed software once opened/unsealed
