1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all purchases made from DIGITALSACTIVE LTD (“us/we”), by you, the consumer or trader (“you”).
1.2 These Terms also apply to digital content and license keys, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 For voucher purchases, specific terms may apply.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1 Items listed on our website are invitations to treat, not offers. By placing an order, you’re making an offer to buy.
2.2 We may accept your offer within five days, through various means such as email confirmation or direct shipment.
3. Right to Cancel
3.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with UK consumer protection laws.
4. Prices and Payment Conditions
4.1 Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which are stated separately.

5. Shipment and Delivery Conditions
5.1 Delivery details, including timelines and restrictions, are available at checkout.
6. & 7. Granting Rights of Use
6.1 Licence keys and digital content rights are granted upon full payment, for personal and professional use, under the terms described in the product description.
8. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
8.1 Ownership of any goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
9.1 Our goods come with rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which is not affected by our warranty.
10. & 11. Vouchers
10.1 Campaign and gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period and can only be used for goods, not additional vouchers.
12. Applicable Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by UK law, which will apply to any disputes.
13. Place of Jurisdiction
13.1 Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
