What Pizza Intelligence™ does
Pizza Intelligence™ is Ooni’s most advanced oven control system. It automatically balances power between the two heating elements — top and bottom — in real time based on internal sensor data during each bake. This means the oven self-adjusts for speed, accuracy and consistency with no manual tweaking needed. Three pizza style presets are built in: Neapolitan (375–450°C, default 430°C), Thin & Crispy (300–370°C, default 350°C) and Pan Pizza (230–295°C, default 275°C). Two custom preset slots let you save your own preferred settings.
Beyond pizza
Oven mode reaches up to 250°C for frozen pizzas, reheating, cookies and baking. Grill/Broil mode for grilled sandwiches, chicken wings and vegetables. Dough Proof mode (as low as 30°C) lets you proof or defrost dough directly in the oven. Boost function rapidly preheats the stone between pizzas for back-to-back baking.
