At Mskeyify, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines your rights for both digital and physical purchases, ensuring compliance with USA, UK, and EU consumer protection laws.


1. Digital Products (Electronic Delivery)

Due to the nature of digital goods (software license keys), refund eligibility depends on the status of the key:

  • Unused/Unwanted Products: You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been redeemed or activated.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your digital key within 24 hours due to a technical error, please notify us for an immediate replacement or refund.
  • Defective Software: If a license key is found to be invalid or non-functional, our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue within 12 hours. If we cannot provide a working replacement, a full refund will be issued.
  • Exclusions: Once a digital key has been activated on a device or associated with a user account, it is considered “consumed” under EU/UK law and is no longer eligible for a “change of mind” refund.

2. Physical Products

We offer a transparent return process for all physical hardware or boxed software in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Return Window: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Sealed software that has been opened/unsealed is ineligible for return unless defective.
  • Restocking Fees: Mskeyify does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Defective/Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
    • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

  • Return Method: For physical goods, returns must be sent via mail to our registered address below.
  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received (physical) or your key status is verified (digital), refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Credit: Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout.
